PERSONAL SECRETARY

Grade:  I/M6
Responsible to:  District Commissioner

Qualification

Applicants must be serving Senior Personal Secretary (Grade J/M7) with a minimum of four (4) year’s experience at that grade in Local Authorities or in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies and must have 120 words per minute short hand certificate and  50 words per minute typing certificate obtained from accredited institutions.
